False description, deceptive item name

Product description says “D9 mocktail” When it is actually half D9 and half THCA. Since THCA converts to D9 when heated to a certain temperature, this item is only half the potency I expected when I purchased it. I would like a full refund or exchange for a product that is actually D9. I tried to email you guys soon after I ordered but I have not heard anything back.
